More than a final sweep

Cleaning planned around the way construction actually moves.

Construction dust settles everywhere. Packaging accumulates. Trades return after areas have already been cleaned. A successful handoff takes more than a one-time pass—it takes the right scope at the right phase.

We coordinate around access, completed work, inspections and walkthrough dates. Your scope can cover an entire property or specific areas released in sequence, with the details confirmed before work begins.

The goal is simple: help your team present a space that feels finished, cared for and ready for what comes next.
Three service phases

The right clean at every milestone.

Use each phase independently or combine them into a project-specific plan. Final inclusions depend on site conditions, access and the agreed scope.

PHASE 01

Rough construction cleaning

Organize active work areas after major installation or demolition activity so the next trades can move into a clearer space.

  • Loose dust and debris collection
  • Sweeping and vacuuming
  • Packaging consolidation
  • Accessible surface wipe-downs
PHASE 02

Final construction cleaning

Detailed cleaning after trades finish and before inspection, owner walkthrough, presentation or occupancy.

  • Cabinetry, fixtures and trim
  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Interior glass and tracks
  • Floors and final presentation
PHASE 03

Touch-up & punch-list cleaning

Targeted return cleaning after repairs, final installations and walkthrough corrections introduce new dust or marks.

  • Post-trade dust control
  • Spot cleaning priority areas
  • Floor and surface touch-ups
  • Last-mile presentation work
Typical scope

Detailed where presentation matters most.

Every checklist is built for the actual property, phase and turnover standard. Common final-clean items may include:

Dust removal from accessible surfaces
Cabinet interiors and exteriors
Doors, frames, trim and baseboards
Fixtures, switches and hardware
Kitchen and bathroom surfaces
Interior windows, glass and tracks
Floor vacuuming and cleaning
Non-hazardous loose debris removal

Specific inclusions, exclusions and disposal requirements are confirmed in writing before scheduling.

How it works

Clear from scope to walkthrough.

Good construction cleaning depends on communication. We align the work with site access, trade sequencing and the condition you need at completion.

Walk the scope

We review the property type, project phase, priority areas, access, utilities and the finish standard expected at handoff.

Align the schedule

Timing is coordinated around active trades, inspections, walkthroughs and occupancy dates. Areas can be released in stages when appropriate.

Clean to the agreed checklist

The crew completes the planned rough, final or touch-up work with attention to finished surfaces and active-site conditions.

Review the handoff

Completed areas are checked against the confirmed scope, and agreed punch-list items are addressed before closeout.

Frequently asked questions

Plan the clean with clarity.

Have a different requirement? Send the project phase, property type and target date with your quote request.

When should construction cleanup be scheduled?

Rough cleaning is typically coordinated between major construction phases. Final cleaning is most effective after dust-producing work is complete and utilities are available. Touch-up cleaning is scheduled after punch-list work or shortly before the final walkthrough.

What information helps you prepare a quote?

Helpful details include the project address, property type, approximate square footage, current phase, requested service level, access conditions, target dates and any priority areas or special surfaces.

Can you clean a project in sections?

Yes, when access and sequencing allow it. Phased cleaning can support multi-unit projects or builds where separate areas are released at different times.

Do you remove construction debris?

Non-hazardous loose debris and packaging can be included when confirmed in the scope. Heavy demolition waste, hazardous materials and specialized disposal require separate arrangements and are not assumed.

Do you provide supplies and equipment?

Standard cleaning supplies and equipment appropriate to the agreed service are planned as part of the scope. Site-specific requirements, utilities and access are confirmed before work begins.

Where do you provide service?

We are based in Vancouver and primarily serve Clark County and surrounding Southwest Washington communities, including Camas, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Washougal, Salmon Creek, Hazel Dell and nearby areas.
