About Melissa
Melissa Kaufman is the co-owner of Pacific Northwest Construction Cleanup and brings more than 15 years of professional experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Her passion for the trade began at an early age, growing up in a family-owned cleaning and restoration business where she learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, and treating every client's property with care and respect.
Before co-founding Pacific Northwest Construction Cleanup, Melissa built a career in social work, where she developed a deep commitment to serving others. She played a key role in developing a housing program designed to support individuals experiencing homelessness—an experience that continues to shape the way she approaches both business and community.
Today, Melissa combines technical expertise with a genuine desire to help people. She is committed to delivering renovation-quality cleaning services with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication while building lasting relationships with property managers, contractors, and homeowners throughout Southwest Washington.
Outside of work, Melissa is passionate about giving back to her community and hopes to continue supporting local organizations by volunteering her time and services whenever possible.
